Using Rostivio

By using Rostivio, you accept these terms. Rostivio provides tools for personal shift planning, earnings estimates, and record keeping. Subject to these terms, JohnPrice grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with the app, its purchase features, or the rights of others. You must meet this minimum age requirement: 18.

The app, its content, and its branding are protected by the rights of JohnPrice and applicable licensors. We may suspend or terminate access to purchase features for material breach or where applicable law permits it.

Free and Pro features

Free includes 1 profile, 2 templates, 1 active rotation, a schedule view for the next 60 days, basic earnings, backup and restore, reminders, and App Lock. Pro adds advanced pay rules, unlimited profiles, templates, active rotations, and schedule range, CSV/PDF/ICS export, and the home screen widget.

Purchases

Purchases are processed directly by the Apple App Store through StoreKit 2 without a third-party purchase aggregator. The Free plan requires no subscription. Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime unlock the current on-device Pro features shown at purchase. Monthly is a recurring subscription that renews every month, and Annual is a recurring subscription that renews every year. The store presentation at the time of purchase provides the applicable price, tax treatment, renewal information, and purchase terms. Recurring subscriptions renew through the original Apple Account until cancelled under Apple's rules; that account is charged. Manage cancellation, billing, and refund requests through Apple.

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase of current on-device Pro features and does not include future cloud services. Restore a purchase only through the same original Apple Account.

Rostivio grants no billing-grace access. When current paid access cannot be verified, including a billing grace, billing retry, expiry, refund, or revocation, Pro features lock while existing records remain available to read.

Local records, backups, and Clear All

Core records are intended to remain on your device, and Rostivio does not operate a cloud service for those core records. A selected export or share can create an external copy when you start it. Device backups depend on platform and settings. Clear All removes supported local app data; it does not cancel a subscription, remove an external export copy, remove a device backup, or remove records held by Apple.

Important information

Rostivio does not provide tax, payroll, legal, financial, employment, or human-resources advice. Check estimates and records against your employer records and obtain professional advice where appropriate. App Lock is an access barrier and does not encrypt the app database, device backups, or exported files.

EULA and governing law

For Apple distribution, Standard Apple EULA applies. Read it at the EULA page. Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang..

Consumer rights, warranty, and liability

Consumer rights are preserved and are not limited by these Terms of Use. Warranty and liability limitations apply only where applicable law permits those limitations. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
